  This is the BEST UPS store with the BEST staff ever!!! I've been going there for years for big projects and small, and every person has ALWAYS been EXTREMELY EFFICIENT, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, which I appreciate very much. A big THANK YOU to everyone at the Hickory Flat UPS store.

  They do a great job at what they do. So much faster and more reliable than USPS but at a slight increase in cost

  Was not willing to help me ship a package with a pre -printed label. Was very rude. Told me that they didn't except pre-paid & printed labels. NO service.
